The main season in San Miguel is December 15 through March, and July and August. The slow season is April, May, June, September, October and December 1 – 15. It’s always springtime in San Miguel, with cool mornings and evenings and warm days with lots of sunshine and clear blue skies almost all of the time. In July and August, it generally rains in the afternoon, but only for a briefly. After the downpour, the air is fresh and invigorating. In the winter months, temperatures may sink to 50 degrees – but rarely lower. Casa Feliz is always kept cozy and warm with gas and wood fires, electric heaters and electric blankets when necessary.

* $150 per week (or any part thereof) for each additional person above 6

* Free wireless high speed internet access ($50 activation fee for 1st time guests)
* $500 refundable security deposit required

* Reservations guaranteed when full payment or non-refundable 50% down payment and signed contract are received. 60 days prior to arrival, remaining 50% plus security deposit are due. Reservations must be cancelled in writing not later than 45 days prior to arrival to be eligible for any refund of the 2nd 50%. Partial refund (less a processing fee) occurs only if premises are re-rented by San Miguel Management Co. at the same rental rate and for the same periods of time, in which case the 2nd 50% less $100 USD will be refunded. If San Miguel Management cannot re-rent the property, the 2nd 50% will be refunded minus 25%. * All cancellations or adjustments in dates are subject to a $100 USD processing fee. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

* Rent includes maid’s services and some light cooking from 9am to 3pm Monday – .. Friday; 9am – 12pm Saturday; Sundays off.

* For guests who do not use recommended driver for airport pick-up who arrive during maid’s off-duty hours, there is an additional let-in fee of $15 before 8pm and $20 after 8pm, paid directly to the person waiting with keys.

Cooking All Meals when requested
Services such as calling for a taxi, taking laundry to laundromat, shopping for groceries
Groceries, beverages, and fees for laundromat or any other services are not included!

Magdalena is an excellent cook and is happy to cook dinner during her service hours and leave it for you to warm it up.
